Mobilisation Coordinator – Oil & Gas Commissioning Project
 
Are you an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator or Project Administrator looking for your next challenge in the oil and gas commissioning world?
 
We’re working with a client who’s leading commissioning efforts across Western Australia, and they need a driven individual to coordinate workforce mobilisations.
 
This role is your chance to take ownership of mobilisation processes, streamline operations, and work closely with a supportive leadership team committed to continuous improvement.
 
What You’ll Do:

  • Organise and coordinate personnel mobilisation across various oil and gas commissioning sites in WA. (offshore work scopes)
  • Manage project timelines and assist with deliverables.
  • Provide HR admin support, including drafting and managing contracts.
  • Use Microsoft Suite to manage and execute administrative tasks.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in mobilisation or workforce planning for oil and gas projects.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
