Project Manager:
Are you someone who loves steering big projects to the finish line? We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to juggle scope, timelines, budgets, and a whole lot more—without breaking a sweat.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds projects together, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while making sure everything runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mapping out project plans that deliver what the client needs—on time and within budget.
- Keeping budgets in check and nipping any issues in the bud.
- Keeping everyone in the loop with clear and honest updates (no surprises here!).
- Building trust with clients by managing expectations and hitting project goals.
- Sniffing out risks early and tackling them head-on.
- Leading your team with positivity and purpose, keeping everyone motivated.
- Making sure every detail of the project is top-quality and client-approved.
- Managing changes like a pro and keeping communication smooth across the board.
- Pitching in on tenders, presentations, and business development when needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- A degree in Project Management, Engineering, or something related.
- 5–7 years’ experience delivering projects like a champ—on time, within scope, and on budget.
- A background in Oil & Gas, Mining, or Defence? Bonus points!
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and a knack for navigating challenges.
- Communication skills that make clients and teams feel heard and valued.
- A people-first approach to building relationships and leading teams.
